Annual Flower Pictures!!

Well... this year's pictures in the flowers on the hill at Aunt Colleen's came a month late, but who's counting!??!  ;o)

So... after we had been there for the royal wedding, we had to come home for soccer the next day and then my regular chorister stuff on Sunday, BUT... after church we scurried back to Chino Hills to get these taken!  {So... 1 May was the actual date for these!}  We got so busy that it just got pushed back over and over again, but I'm happy that they're DONE!

They are still SO UNCOOPERATIVE when they are all together, but... whatever!  It's fun to see them grow year after year!

My cute Braeden!  This is so not his "thing," but he does it anyway... and we struggle through it just to get him to LOOK AT THE LENS AND SMILE at the same time.

Love this one... despite the shadows, BECAUSE we have one of him doing the EXACT same thing when he was 2!!  Silly!

How did she get so big and so old??  Wasn't it just last year that I plopped her in the middle of the flowers one day, took a simple snapshot, and she was covered in flowers at 11 months old??  That started this whole thing, and now she's so big that there are less flowers in the picture and more her!

She's beautiful!

And while we wait for Ella to get out there Braeden is scaling the fence and what used to be the dog cage.

Then Lexi just MUST join in.

It's such a good thing she's cute.  Otherwise it might just be totally unbearable!

Here's where it all goes in the toilet.  Get them all together and they simply do NOT understand that if they would only cooperate for a few SECONDS that it would be OVER and much LESS PAINFUL, but instead... they do this!

But this makes it worth the trouble!  I LOVE them!

Wow, Lexi... is something scary??  And Ella... really?? 

So cute!  They really do like each other sometimes!  Amazing, huh?

Yep... totally OVER!

And something MONUMENTAL for Ella!  She is touching, petting, and loving a dog without running away and screaming!!!  YAY!!

And she LOVED it!  So happy that she's moving past the fear-of-dog-days!

Thanks to Aunt Colleen and Uncle John for always sharing their home, yard, flowers, time, energy, food... etc. just to entertain us! We miss living right down the street. It's such a long drive home now at 10 p.m. :(
