Yep! It's the Snuggle Bear!!!
Let me explain... inside is my neighbor Shanna, who is trying on the costume because she had told her fiance' that she would wear it at the commissary for his promotion thing. He sets up displays, is in charge of all the commissary stuff, and this just happened to be on the list of his things to do! Haha! So... she shared it with the neighborhood, and there were lots of kids outside to enjoy! So funny!
