We don't really do much for St. Patrick's Day around our house! And the corned beef and cabbage dinner had to wait until the weekend when Damian was home to help eat it. But we do just enough not to get ourselves pinched!
Fortunately my kids have Gma Pam who sends fun stuff and green candies to enjoy!! Mint Three Musketeers, Andes mints, gold chocolate coins, etc! Plus they got silly hats, hair bows and Braeden got a neck tie bow, but refused to wear it for more than 10 seconds or so! Ella wore her headband for the next 4 days straight! Thanks to Gma Pam for sending a fun filled package!
| Love Braeden's expression! Where does he come from?? Haha! |
We didn't manage to catch any leprechauns this year. Lucky, the leprechaun that frequents the elementary school, completely ravaged Braeden's classroom. Lexi's teacher locked both of their doors so he couldn't get in, and none of the first graders managed to catch him with their TRAP assignments! Maybe next year!
Hope you had a very green, very lucky, very prosperous St. Patty's Day! (We got a Shamrock shake from McDonald's and called it good!)
